Stores and sellers often do this, they say hey, this could potentially have the market value of this, BUT I am selling it to you as this price. I guess what they mean is that the reg. line brushes could have a potential market price of 5 dollars, BUT they sell them on eyeslipsface.com for only a buck, and because you are getting 12 brushes free, these 12 brushes hold a potential value of 60. Its the same thing when sephora sells you palettes and it says value is (blank) but selling price is (blank) :) hope this helped
