Canadian CustomersDo you think you will ever have cheap shipping to Canadian residents, and the $5.00 + Gst rates removed over $20? I think E.L.F. should have a location in Canada to ship easier.
Not only Canada, but I suppose other locations which makes shipping costs/time longer!! |

I've never had to pay the $5 + taxes, even on larger ($30 and more) orders. There's always the chance it could be selected for screening but I wouldn't worry about it too much. Check out the ELF discount codes thread on SmartCanucks.ca for some great tips on ordering (there are also good product reviews and recommendations). My most recent order only took one week to arrive (I'm in Ontario). |

I really hope so, maddy4! i am also from Ontario, Canada and i hate having to pay the crazy fees. I think we should talk to ELF about ideas on expanding worldwide, especially to Canada. That would let us spend more money on buying ELF products rather than spending the money on shipping. |

I live in Ontario, Canada and I have only ordered twice from ELF so far (I prefer bigger purchases once in a while rather than a few items often). The first time I did not have to pay any fees, unless my mother paid them for me. I wasn't home when the package arrived but usually if she paid anything extra she lets me know and I pay her back. My second order is shipping right now so I'll see if there are any other fees. |
