I've used the studio cream eye liner in black on my waterline (lower) and have found that it works quite well. What I do is pull my lower lid gently away to carefully apply it, then continue to hold it away for a few seconds while it dries. It's very pigmented (at least the black is) so you needn't use a lot. What I cannot vouch for is a situation where after applying it eyes become watery (aka I haven't teared up with it on) so I'm not sure how it would hold up if saturated again. |

i have worn in particular the elf cream liner on my waterline. i am a contact lens wearer but currently have glasses. so with glasses and no contacts i had no reaction. actually, it stayed put for a long time, def longer than pencil liner. i have watery eye with allergies and my liner normally ends up in a gross mess in my tear duct. the cream liner didnt do that. i have only done it a few times. i have sensitive skin so i try to be careful and esp sensitive eyes. so i didnt have a reaction. i have also done this with two other affordable cream/gel liners and had no problems. i would be extremely cautious though since its normally not advised to use on the waterline. maybe put it on a tiny bit and see what its like in 30 mins. make sure to rinse immediately with lukewarm water if experience any bad reactions. and dont use again! i know elfs was great for me but everyones skin is different and allergies are different so what works for me or some may not work for someone else. |
