E.L.F Beauty Network Shade Selector?

Hey ladies! I was wondering if anyone wanted to join in on a new idea I had.

Let me start by saying that in the 3 or so years 've known about E.L.F ( possibly more) I've only ever made an order twice, last week being my second go. This is primairily because I find it hard to choose my shade online. Despite the super low prices, I don't like the idea of having to buy multiple shades of the same product since I'm on a super tight budget!

So I figured we could all post our MAC/ NARS/ Maybelline ect. shades on here, then either mention a product and shade that looks good on our skintone ( like a shimmering facial whip or a studio blush ) or our E.L.F shade in face makeup, like concealers, foundations, or powders.

I'd start, but I'm still not certain if the items I Ordered will match my skintone! I'll post it when I get them though :) Maybe this way we can all save a couple of extra bucks since we wont be making incorrect colour purchases!

I think that would be a really good idea. I love E.L.F. and have to make my purchases online because the local stores around me don't carry the studio line and even the stores that carry the essential line don't have a very good selection. I am fair skinned and I have a really hard time ordering product from E.L.F. because I find that their swatches online do not always match when I get them home...which is very disappointing to say the least. Because of this reason I haven't purchased and face products that have to match my skin tone such as foundation, concealer, powder etc. I did purchase however the tinted moiturizer and had a problem with that. I chose "porcelian" hoping that because it was the lightest shade it would match. Unfortunatly once I got my delivery and opened up the box I saw on the packaging of the tinted moisturizer that it said "for yellow undertones" where as I am neutral. If this information had been posted on the website in the product description I would not have wasted my money on a product that I can't even use now. Unfortunatly I am on a budget and I do not use any real high-end makeup such as MAC or NARS simply because i cannot afford it. Below I will list what foundations I am currently using and in what colors and what E.L.F. products I am currently using adn loving that compliment my skin-tone.

Neutrogena healthy skin liquid makeup in #10 Classic Ivory

BareMinerals Luminous Foundation in #N10 Fairly Light

E.L.F. Products:

Studio Blushes in -Tickled Pink, Peachy Keen<3 and the Blush/Bronze Duo

Shimmering Facial Whip (Essential line) in Lilac Petal and Camilia
